Curriculum design

Our team of field epidemiologists and curriculum designers can review and contextualise your curriculum using adult learning theory. Interactive case studies, role plays, simulations and peer-to-peer learning create an enriching and more effective learning experience for trainees.

Learner-centred, not lecture-based

We design for adult learners who already bring expertise into the room. Our programs support higher-order learning through interactive case studies and simulations, and mentor-supported field projects that let fellows build practical skills on real workplace problems — not hypotheticals.

Built for sustainability

Good curriculum design looks beyond the workshop. We facilitate Theory of Change workshops, document program procedures, help establish governance structures, and train local faculty — all with an eye to national and international accreditation, so programs are positioned to run and evolve under local leadership.
