We design and deliver training-of-trainer programs that build the competency and confidence of your national and subnational facilitators. Programs are tailored to your needs and can cover field epidemiology competencies, mentoring and facilitation skills, and curriculum design and development.

Master-Reach-Teach

Master-Reach-Teach - Short Course for Field Epidemiologists: an Australia Awards Fellowship that brings FETP faculty and graduates from Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu together for an intensive short course in Newcastle.

Each cohort has 15 to 20 participants and recruits people who haven't done the program before. The course builds the skills graduates need to apply field epidemiology in their own health systems and to pass those skills on to the next generation of field epidemiologists. Fellows return home as trainers and mentors for their national FETPs, and as a regional network of peers.
